Fabindia- My ladder to success

Dreams, dreams are what we live for, what we believe in, and what we want to achieve. We live because we dream. I'm glad to say that I started my journey with The Fabindia School. It nurtured me in every single way, from being a volunteer to a leader, whatever I've learnt, it's all because of my schooling.

Every beginning has an end, and every end is a new beginning. It's a relentless cycle seen in every aspect of our lives. Before entering into the vast world of competition, career, and discoveries, I was fortunate enough to be provided with a good educational journey early on.

Most of our life is a series of images. They pass us by like towns on the highway. But sometimes a moment stuns us as it happens. And we know that this moment is more than a fleeting image. We know that this moment, every part of it, will live on forever, and for me, Fabindia is that moment that I'm going to cherish throughout my life.

After my schooling, I went to HL College of Commerce, Ahmedabad and completed my B.com from there. I got a letter of appreciation from the University for securing 1st rank in the subject ‘Cost and Management Accounting’. I continued doing whatever I've learnt in my early age. I was an Event Coordinator at my College and volunteered several events and programs, i.e., Youth Fest, HLCC MUN, Garba night, etc.

 After months of hard work, I got 97 percentiles in CMAT which helped me in taking admission to BK School of Business Management for MBA. Being a class representative to an event coordinator, I played an active role in all the events organised at my College, i.e., Renaissance, Faculty Development Program, National Youth Summit.

After completion of my studies, I was an intern at Adarsh Credit Cooperative Society,  where I worked as a Financial Analyst. I also did a summer internship as a marketing intern at Home First Finance Company Pvt Ltd. I'm currently working as an Accounting Officer at QX Global Services, and I'm enjoying my work. While working at QX, I appeared for NET and cleared it. So, I will be teaching Accounting at BK School of Business Management this year.

Teaching has been my hobby since my school days, and nothing can be better than becoming a teacher at the same college from where you did your post-graduation. Today, I'm feeling really glad to share this experience journey from as a student.
